1025 Dokdo Cleansing Water
For a mineral-rich cleanse on sensitive, dehydrated skin.
The cleansing water in the Round Lab 1025 Dokdo line, and the mineral-focused option in the category. The name carries real meaning. Dokdo is a pair of islands in the East Sea, and 1025 refers to 25 October, marked in Korea as Dokdo Day. The deep sea water at the centre of the formula is drawn from around 5,000 feet below the surface near Ulleungdo and Dokdo, one of the deepest sources used in skincare, where the water stays cold and free from organic contamination year-round.
That water carries magnesium, calcium, and more than 72 naturally occurring minerals, which is what gives the formula its barrier-supporting character. Around it, three forms of hyaluronic acid replenish moisture at different layers, ceramide NP reinforces the lipid barrier, and panthenol and allantoin calm irritation from environmental stress. The micellar particles are both water-loving and oil-loving, so they lift makeup, sunscreen, and daily impurities while leaving a light moisture layer behind. Low pH, fragrance-free, free from harsh alcohols, and skin irritation tested. Winner of a GlowPick Award in 2023, which is judged on Korean consumer reviews rather than industry panels.
